We require a minimum of 7 days’ written notice for all membership transfer requests.
Membership transfers are only available once your minimum commitment term has been completed, or when upgrading.
Upon transferring your membership, your minimum commitment term will reset in line with the new membership.
All memberships will be transferred on the next billing cycle unless otherwise indicated.
