Fire
Our OG style class. With a spicy influence of barre pilates, cross with more traditional repertoire, weights and strength training, this class is for every body. Level up with challenges if you have it in you (we know you do), or stick to initial style movement if you're needing it. We programme for you. We start with mobility and finish with a stretch. We have you covered.
Flex
Stretch and release. Let that burning bod rest and recover the best way we know how. Leave feeling slinky and fresh, ready for whatever your week will throw at you. Your mind and body will thank you.
Fit
Our tabata style class. Pilates style exercises, with a hint of HIIT. An example might be: 3 exercises per set. 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off per exercise. 3 rounds of each set. 4 sets for the class. Leave class full of endorphins, knowing you just left your all on the mat.
Force
This is where your favourite strength building exercises from the gym meet your favourite Pilates moves. Think heavier weights. Think strength based principles. Think super-setted with Pilates exercises to really top off that burn. You’re in good hands.
